8 oz. Hershey
6 tbsp. Butter
8 oz. Cool Whip
Oreo or Graham Cracker Crust

Directions:
Melt 8 oz. chocolate and one stick of butter over low heat until melted-stir after mixture is melted remove from the heat and stir until butter is absorbed in the chocolate. Cool above mixture when cool, mix with 12 oz. cool whip (thawed)
Dump into prepared graham cracker crust or oreo crust and put in icebox for 3 hours. Serve. Mmmmmm GOOD!!
