1 1/2 lbs. Sirloin, cut in 3/4" strips
Salt
Pepper
1 Clove Garlic, Chopped
1/2 Cup Green Pepper, Chopped
1/2 Cup Onion, Chopped
1 Box Fresh Mushrooms
1/2 Pint Sour Cream
1/3 Cup Red Wine
Broad Noodles or Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Flour meat and brown in frying pan. Place in a large roaster, add salt, pepper, garlic, green pepper, and onion. Cover with water and place in 350 oven uncovered for 1 hour. Turn meat carefully as it browns. More water may be added as needed. Before serving, saute mushrooms in butter until golden brown. Thin the sour cream with a small amount of broth from meat, carefully, so it does not curdle. Fold into meat with mushrooms and wine. Do not boil but keep warm. Serve over broad noodles or rice.
