Chocolate Cream Pie Recipe

1/4 cup flour
1/8 tsp salt
2/3 cup sugar
1 Tbsp cocoa
2 cups milk
3 egg yolks (beaten)
1 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 baked pie shell

3 egg white
6 Tbsp sugar

Combine flour,sugar,salt,cocoa and milk and cook over low heat until thick. Beat egg yolks. Stir small amount of hot mixture into eggs. Pour back into sauce pan and cook until thick. Add butter and vanilla. Pour into baked pie shell and top with meringue. Brown in 325 degree oven ten minutes or until golden brown.
