1/2 C vegetable oil
1/4 C soy sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
1 tsp, dried crushed red pepper
1 tsp. ground black pepper
2 cloves garlic, chopped
4 green onions, finely chopped
1 (2 lb..) flank steak, trimmed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 9 ingredients in a shallow dish or large zip-lock freezer bag. Add steak.
Cover or seal and chill 8 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove steak from marinade, discarding marinade.
Grill the steak on medium-high heat. 10 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
Cut into thin slices diagonally across the grain.
