2 c. frozen chopped broccoli with cauliflower
1/2 c chopped carrots
1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 c chopped green bell pepper
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 c milk
3/4 biscuit baking mix
3 eggs
1 c shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 inch pie pan. Cook
broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, onion, and green pepper, if using
water until tender. Drain well. Put in bowl, add salt and
pepper to vegetables.

Beat milk, biscuit mix and eggs in blender. Pour into bowl of
vegetables. Add shredded cheese, mix. Pour into pan. Bake
for 35 minutes to 40. Let stand a few minutes before cutting
into slices.
