1 (16 oz an whole berry cranberry sauce (not jellied)
1 orange
2 tbsp. breakfast-style orange juice ( or juice from orange)
1.2 c finely chopped pecan pieces
1 rib celery

Directions:
Directions:
Place cranberry sauce in medium bowl. Stir to break up any
large pieces. Pell orange, remove seeds and finely chop, adding
it to bowl as you chop. Add any juices from the chopping as well.
Add orange juice and chopped pecans to bowl.
Rinse and finely chop the celery. for 1/2 c. pieces. Add to bowl
and stir well. Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days or serve
immediately.
