1 (No. 2) Can Crushed Pineapple 1 Pkg. Lime Jell-O 1 (8-Oz.) Pkg. Cream Cheese 1 Cup Chopped Pecans 1 Cup Chopped Celery 1/2 Pint Whipping Cream
Bring pineapple to a boil (do not drain). Remove from heat and add Jell-O (do not add any water). Let cool at room temperature (about 1 1/2 to 2 hours). Work in softened cream cheese until smooth. Add pecans and celery. Refrigerate until firm. Whip whipping cream and fold into Jell-O mixture. Refrigerate until time to serve.
