Chicken Breasts or Tenders
1 Tbsp Montreal Grill Seasoning
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Coat Chicken Breast or tenders with seasoning and either fry in a small amount of vegetable oil or grill until done.

Eat as is or dice into bite size pieces to use with Chicken Primavera Spaghetti in Peanut Sauce or use with Barbecue Chicken Pizza.

I dice into bite size pieces and freeze in Ziplock freezer bags to use at a later time with Chicken Primavera Spaghetti in Peanut Sauce or Barbecue Chicken Pizza.
