1. Egg Roll Wraps - 10 inches on a side. 2. Crab meat - May use imitation Crab 3. Hamburger 4. Pork 5. Broccoli or String Beans 6. Onion 7. Egg yoke's 8. Chinese Seven Spice
1. Mix approximately 1/2 pound of Hamburger with 1/2 pound of ground pork. 2. Lay egg roll wrap on a flat surface and place a strip of the hamburger and pork mix across the rap. This should be about 3 to 3 and 1/2 inches long and about 1/2 thick. 3, Place one or two pieces of Crab meat on the strip 4. Place a couple of pieces of Onion on the same strip. Place a piece Broccoli or String Beans on the strip. 5. Fold approximately 1/3 third of the egg roll wrap over the strip. 6. Dab some egg yoke on the three remaining corners. 7. Fold outside corners in towards the strip. 8. Roll the egg Roll until the top corner fits on the remaining roll. 9. Make about 12 egg rolls and place on a plate to be cooked. 10 Cooking procedure 10a. Heat cooking oil until a piece of the egg roll starts to cook. Take care not to spill or splatter the oil as it will burn. 11. Slowly add egg rolls to the hot oil and cook until they are a golden brown. 12. Carefully remove the egg Rolls with a draining spoon or tongs and place on paper towels to drain. 13. When cool, Serve with what ever you want.
