2 pkgs cooked broccoli florets
4 poached chicken breasts cut up small or two rotisseries
2 cans cream celery soup
1/2 cup low fat milk
1/2 cup mayo( I haven't tried low fat)
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp curry powder
grated cheddar to taste (lots)
1 tbs sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soup, milk, mayo, lemon juice, curry & sherry together. Layer broccoli, chicken and sauce into two 8x8 pans. Cover with cheese and bake at 350 for 45 min. (I don't use two pans. Maybe she eats one and freezes one. I use one large pan) You do not need to cover while baking.

A good short cut is pulling chicken off of rotisserie chicken or buying the purdue chicken breast pieces already cooked. Rotisserie or home-poached is better.
