10 crêpes (prepared) **
1 lb ricotta cheese
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 T. sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Grand Marnier

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, cream together all ingredients (except crêpes) until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

Place 3 T. filling into the center of each crêpe. Fold envelope style. Melt 2 T. butter in crêpe pan and saute crêpes/blintzes until golden on each side. Place on serving dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve hot with sour cream.
