1 pkg. Zwieback
lb. butter
cup sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg


3 egg yolks
cup sugar
2 T. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Stir Zwieback, butter, sugar and nutmeg over heat until well blended and press half into bottom of pan.

Make egss, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla and milk into custard.

Put custard over Zwieback mixture- then egg white. Next sprinkle remaining Zwieback mixture for topping. Bake at 300 for 20 minutes.
