2 oranges, peeled & chopped by section
1 cup Yoplait custard vanilla yogurt
4 T. Crème Fraiche or sour cream
3 T. turbinado sugar
2 T. light brown sugar
1 tsp. Grand Marnier (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Place the fruit in the bottom of individual ramekins. Combine crème fraiche & yogurt and spoon over oranges. Can add liquor at this point. Mix together the sugars and sprinkle over the yogurt mixture. Preheat oven broiler, or blight blowtorch. Place in oven, 3” from broiler until sugar melts, or use blowtorch to melt sugars. Serve.
