3 egg whites at room temperature
¾ cup sugar
1 (6oz) pkg. choc. chips
pinch of salt
1 small pkg. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375°. Beat eggs at room temperature until medium firm-add sugar gradually and continue until stiff peak forms. Fold in chocolate chips and chopped pecans and salt. Drop dough on silver foil on cookie sheet. Put in preheated 375°oven & turn off oven after closing oven door. Go to bed and don’t peek at cookies. Leave overnight.

Makes about 25.
