Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 C brown rice
1 C lentils
1/2 C wild rice
4 potatoes sliced in chunks
2 onions chopped
3 carrots, chopped
Broccoli fleurettes
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 sweet pepper, chopped
Stew meat and/or sausage
Lots of seasonings: garlic blend, cayenne pepper (dash), Spike,
Sweet basil
1 32 oz jar Prego

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in pot with water
Simmer med-low for 2 + hours
If using white rice, stir more often
When rice swells, reduce heat
