Ingredients:  
Use a 9x13 pan

1 inch of bread crumbs
1 lb. browned sausage crumbled over top of bread crumbs
1 small can of mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together 9 eggs, 2 c. milk, squirt of mustard, salt and pepper
to taste. Pour over top of sausage and top with grated cheese.
Cover and refrigerate over night. Bake 350 for 45 to 60 minutes,
until a knife comes out clean.
