2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple (drain half juice)
1 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. flour

1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick (4 oz.) butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:

Pour pineapple with juice in greased dish. Combine flour and sugar and pour over pineapple. Sprinkle with cheese and then crushed crackers.

Pour butter over this and bake at 350 for approximately 30 minutes. This is an excellent dish to serve with ham.
