1 block tofu (I prefer Mori-Nu vacuum packed cartons)
2 tsp cornstarch
cup vegetable stock
1 tsp chili paste with soy bean (found in Oriental markets)
1 tbsp sesame oil
tsp salt
tsp sugar
olive oil or veg broth for sauteing
4 scallions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
To make sauce: make paste with cornstarch and cup veggie broth. Add salt and sugar, chili paste, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Whisk well.

Heat olive oil or veggie broth in skillet. Stir fry garlic about 1 minute. Add tofu and stir fry another 1 minute. Pour sauce over tofu and allow to thicken. Sprinkle green onions over mixture and stir.
