1 block tofu (I prefer Mori-Nu vacuum packed cartons)
2 tsp cornstarch
½ cup vegetable stock
1 tsp chili paste with soy bean (found in Oriental markets)
1 tbsp sesame oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
olive oil or veg broth for sauteing
4 scallions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
To make sauce: make paste with cornstarch and ½ cup veggie broth. Add salt and sugar, chili paste, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Whisk well.

Heat olive oil or veggie broth in skillet. Stir fry garlic about 1 minute. Add tofu and stir fry another 1 minute. Pour sauce over tofu and allow to thicken. Sprinkle green onions over mixture and stir.
