1 lb pasta (spaghetti, angel hair or linguine, as you prefer)
1 large bunch basil
bunch parsley
1 cup vegetable broth
2 lemons
olive oil
salt
pepper
1 can great northern beans or cannelloni
parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Basil/Bean mixture: heat vegetable broth in a medium saucepan to boiling. Lower heat to simmer and add chopped basil and parsley. When basil and parsley are wilted, add beans and keep on stove until heated through.

Lemon sauce: Zest one of the two lemons into a small bowl. Juice both lemons, and add juice to bowl. Add an equal amount of olive oil as lemon juice to mixture. Add salt and pepper.

When pasta is finished cooking, drain and put on a platter. Toss with lemon mixture to coat. Pour basil-bean mixture over pasta on platter. Grate Parmesan cheese over top and serve.
