1/2 c. butter
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. flour
1/4 t. salt
4 eggs
1 c. cooked chicken finely chopped
3 Tbsp. almonds finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º In saucepan on top of stove, heat butter and chicken stock. When butter is melted, add flour and salt. Stir vigorously with wooden spoon until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat. Beat eggs in one at a time and continue beating until dough thickens. Stire in chicken (cooked) and almonds. Drop by teaspoon onto greased baking sheet. Bake 15 min. or till brown.
