4 c. diced potatoes 1/2 c. diced onion 1/2 c. diced celery 2 t. celery seed 2 t. caraway seed 4 c. chicken broth 2 Tbsp. salt 1 t. pepper 2 c. dry coffee creamer
Place all ingredients into stock pot and boil until vegetables are tender and mash some of the potatoes. Next, add the 2 c. coffee creamer and stir to dissolve. This tastes great ser4ved with croutons and cheddar cheese.
