Dough:
1 c.Crisco
1/2 c. milk
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 TBSP. sugar
Filing:
1 quart apple slices
3/4 c. sugar
3 TBSP. tapioca
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cut in Crisco like pie crust and add enough milk (about 1/2 c. milk) to moisten. Divide dough for 2 crusts. Roll 1/2 and put in jelly roll pan (9" x 13").
Add filing and cover with 1/2 dough. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp. sugar on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool.

When cool, coat with thin frosting.
