1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted 1/2 cup lemon juice 4 TB worcestershire sauce 4 TB soy sauce 3 tsp dried oregano 2 cloves of garlic 3 chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces hot cooked rice
Combine first 6 ingredients; stir well. Place chicken in ungreased 13 x 9 baking dish. Pour butter mixture over chicken. Cover and bake at 375º for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake10 more minutes. Serve chicken and juices over rice.
