4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 3/4 c. prepared spaghetti sauce
1 egg, beaten lightly
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. season dry bread crumbs
1 T. grated parmesan cheese
1-2 T. butter
1/4 c. parsley, finely chopped

Cooked spaghetti, to serve

Dip chicken breasts into beaten egg, then into the crumbs, coating booth sides and shaking off excess.
Melt butter in deep skillet. Brown chicken breasts on both sides, but don't fully cook yet.
Pour spaghetti sauce into pan and simmer on low until chicken is cooked through, about 15-20 min.
Sprinkle with parsley and cheeses. Simmer just until cheese melts--about 5 min.
Serve with cooked spaghetti.
