2 cebollas rojas cortadas como para escabeche
2 dientes de ajo molido
kión rallado (poquito al gusto)
2-3 cebollitas chinas en tiritas finas (la parte verde)
1 ó más ajies cortados en tiritas
tomates pelados y cortado en gajos gruesos
¼ a ½ taza de vino blanco seco (o cerveza o agua)
jugo de ½ limón
culantro picado (o mezcla de culantro y perejil)
sillao al gusto
sal y pimienta
