vainitas cortadas al sesgo delgadas
papitas chips (como palitos de fósforo), los venden listos.
yogurt natural (lo venden en vasitos que contienen ½ taza)
mostaza
jugo de limón
sal y pimienta
aceite de oliva
mayonesa (opcional)

Directions:
Directions:
Sancochar bien verdes las vainitas en agua con sal.

Aliño:
En un tazoncito echar el yogurt natural y opcionalmente mezclarle un par de cucharadas de mayonesa, sazonar con poquito de mostaza, chorrito de jugo de limón al gusto, sal y pimienta ( cuidar la sal pues las papitas chips la contienen)-

A las vainitas ya sancochadas y frías rociarles un chorrito de aceite de oliva y mezclar-
Poquito antes de servir envolverles el aliño para que vayan impregnando del sabor y al momento de servir, mezclarle los palitos de papitas chips para que se mantengan crocantes, reservando un poco para encima. Servir de inmediato.
