1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 4 T. orange juice 1 (13 oz.) jar marshmallow creme 2 t. grated orange peel (optional)
1/4 t. ground ginger (optional)
Beat ingredients at medium speed with electric mixture until well blended. Serve with fruit or pound cake cubes, or use as dressing for molded jello salads. Makes about 2 cups. I usually make half of a recipe.
