Sarde 1 Kg
Pangrattato 100 g
10 Mandorle tostate e tritate
10 foglie di alloro
8 olive nere sbucciate
6 filetti di acciugne o alice
2 bucce di limone
2 cucchiaini di zucchero
un poco di prezzemolo
1 cucchiaio di capperi sotto aceto
1 cucchiaio di uva sultanina e di pinoli
1/2 bicchiere succi di limone

Directions:
Pulire,aprire e lescare le sarde lavarle ed asciugarle.
In un tegame sciogliore in olio le accighe aggiungere il pangrattato e amalgamare il tutto.
A freddo unire la buccia dei limoni grattuggiata due cucchiai di succi di limone zuccherato,il prezzemolo tritato.i capperi,luvetta,i pinoli,le olive,le mandorle,il sale e pepe.
Michiare e se l'impasto risultasse un poco asciutto si aggiunge un po'olio di oliva.Riempire con l'impasto meta' delle sarde, disporle in una teglia unta di olio e pangrattato coprire conn l'altra le foglie di alloro mettere un pizzico di olio e farle cuocere in forno caldo per 15 minuti
