6 cloves garlic, pressed
1 (16-oz.) bag chopped frozen spinach
1 stick butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 loaf muffuletta bread, halved horizontally
1 lb. sliced mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sauté garlic and spinach in butter until tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

2. Spread spinach mixture evenly on each half of the bread. Top each half loaf with cheese.

3. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 10-15 minutes until bread is warmed through and cheese is melted. Slice into pie-shaped wedges and serve warm.
