40 saltine crackers
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1-12 oz. pkg.choc. chips
Chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees,cover cookie sheet with foil; place whole saltine crackers in single layer on foil.
Melt butter and brown sugar, bring to a boil and cook 3 min. stirring constantly. Pour over crackers and bake for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle choc. chips on top and leave until melted.
Spread choc. and sprinkle with nuts.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hrs. Break into pieces and store in airtight container in refrig.
