Frozen bread - thawed
4 tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c chopped nuts (optional)
1/4 c raisins (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Roll dough into rectangle about 1/4" thick. Cream 4 tbsp. butter or margarine with 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon and spread on dough. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup chopped nuts and 1/4 cup seeded raisins . Roll like a jelly roll, cut into 1 1/2" pieces and place cut side down in greased 2 1/2" muffin pans or in a round cake pan. Bake at 425 degree oven 15-20 minutes.
Top with frosting – I just mix powered sugar & water & dribble it on generously.

You can leave out the nuts & raisins if you want. Just reduce the butter a little.
