2 Pkgs Crescent Rolls
2 8oz Pkgs Cream Cheese (softened)
1 C. Sugar
1 tsp. Lemon Juice

TOPPING
1 stick Butter (melted)
3/4 C. Sugar
Cinnamon to taste (approx. 1 1/2 tbsp.)
Pecans (optional - approx. 1/4 cup)

Line bottom of baking dish with 1 pkg. crescent rolls - set aside. In a seperate bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice until well blended. Spread evenly over crescent roll layer. Place second pkg. of crescent rolls on top of cream cheese mixture.

Combine butter, sugar and cinnamon. Spread evenly over top of danish. Top with pecans. Bake at 400º approx. 18 to 20 min. until top is browned. Cool approx. 10 min. before serving.

** Hint-At approx 15 min. check danish for "puddling" of topping mixture. Because of the way the cresent layer rises, it may cause to puddle. Which in turn will cause the dough not to brown in that spot-evenly disperse the topping with utensil.
