Yukon Gold Potatoes (lg pot 7 to 10 lbs)
Grate - Celery, Carrots, Onions & Saute'
1 stick of butter
1 can Chicken Broth
8 oz Sour Cream (mix with a little broth so it does not lump in soup)
1 cup Half & Half

Cut potatoes in small chunks boil until done. Add remaining ingredients and cook on low.
