3/4 C. Margarine or Butter
3 - 1oz Squares Semi Sweet Chocolate (Bakers)
3/4 C. Sweet Milk
2 1/4 C. Sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. Karo Syurp
1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Pure Extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Margarine & Chocolate in heavy sauce pan, cook over low heat until chocolate melts. Add Milk, Sugar & Syrup bring to boil. Stir from bottom of pan for 2 1/2 Minutes.
Remove from heat let cool for 5 minutes.
Add Vanilla stir well, beat with electric mixer on high speed for 10 minutes or until mixture reaches spreading consistancy. Yield enough for 2 - 9" cake layers.

Good with Duncan Hines Yellow cake mix!
