2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. butter or marg., softened
2 T. sugar
2/3 c. milk or cream
1/4 c. preserves, any flavor

VANILLA GLAZE-
Beat 2/3 c. powdered sugar, 2 T.warm water and
1/4 t. vanilla until smooth, stirring in add. water if necessary.

Heat oven to 450 degrees, lightly grease cookie sheet.
Stir Bisquick, butter and sugar in med. bowl until crumbly. Stir in milk until dough forms about 15 strokes. Drop dough by rounded T. about 2" apart onto cookie sheet. With spoon dipped in water,make a shallow well in center of each and fill with 1t. preserves.
Bake 10-15 min. or until golden brown.
Drizzle with glaze while warm.
