1 c. chopped frozen broccoli
2 T. finely chopped onion
2 T. mustard
1 T. butter, softened
1 t. lemon juice
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1 can Hormel chunk ham
1 can Crescent rolls
Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
~Preheat oven to 350.
~In a bowl, combine onion, mustard, butter and lemon juice; blend well.
~Add shredded cheese, broccoli and ham; mix lightly.
~On a greased cookie sheet, arrange Crescent roll triangles, points toward outside, in a circle with bases overlapping. You should have a 3 inch circle in the center. Spoon ham filling in a ring evenly over the triangle bases. Fold the points over the filling and tuck under bases.
~Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
~Bake for 25-30 minutes.
