1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon celery seed
1 ¼ cups sugar
1 cup white vinegar
7 cups thinly sliced cucumbers
1 cup thinly sliced onions
1 cup thinly sliced bell pepper, optional
Directions:
Directions:
Mix and stir ingredients until sugar melts. Pour over cucumbers, onions, and bell peppers. Keep in refrigerator. Pickles can be placed in small containers and frozen.
