½ cube chopped onion
½ cube butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
¾ lb mushroom, sliced
1½ lb. hamburger
3 T. lemon juice
3 T. Burgundy wine or any dry red wine
1 can beef broth
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
¼ med. flat noodles (about 2 cups)
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion, garlic, mushrooms in butter until tender- Add meat, stirring until brown, add lemon juice, broth, wine- simmer 20 minutes uncovered. Add noodles and cook 5 minutes or until tender (covered). Stir in sour cream (at room temp.) and garnish with chopped parsley.

Serves 6 to 8.
