6 lbs (30 medium) chicken drumsticks
cup peeled and coarsely chopped fresh gingerroot
cup minced garlic
1 cup coarsely chopped onions
cup soy sauce
1 cup honey

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Arrange the drumsticks in a 16x12x3-inch roasting pan. Place the ginger, garlic, onions, and cup of the soy sauce in a food processor and process for 15 seconds, and then scrape down the sides of the bowl. Process 10 seconds more. Add the remaining soy sauce and the honey, and process another 10 seconds. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Cover with foil & bake 2 hours. Remove & discard foil, and bake another 45 minutes. Serve with zucchini and pasta.

Serves 12.
