1 side fresh salmon, boned but skin on (about 3 lbs)



Marinade:
2 T. Dijon mustard
3 T. soy sauce
6 T. good olive oil
tsp. minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
While grill is heating, cut the salmon into 6 equal pieces. Whisk together marinade ingredients. Drizzle onto the salmon & allow to sit 10 min. Grill salmon for 4-5 min, turn, girl for another 4-5 min. It will continue to cook after it is off the heat. Spoon the rest of the marinade on top. Rest for 10 min. Remove the skin & serve warm or chilled.
