1 double chicken breast, boned and skinned 1 T. apricot jam 1 T. mango chutney 3 T. mayonnaise 2 T. Worchester sauce 1 T. lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients together for sauce. Put chicken into a greased, ovenproof dish and pour sauce over chicken. Lightly salt and pepper, if you like. Cover dish with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool and serve.
