4 zucchini
tub mushrooms
2 ears of corn, (cooked in boiling water for 2 min. before grilling)
2 red peppers
4-6 stalks asparagus

1 lemon for juice
cup olive oil
1 T. basil, chopped
red pepper flakes, pinch
T. balsamic vinegar

Rub vegetables with olive oil & grill. Chop and mix in a bowl.
