2 (9oz) pkgs frozen French-style green beans
½ cup butter or margarine
1 T. onion, minced
1/3 cup flour
½ tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
2 cups milk
¾ lb. Swiss cheese, cubed
¼ cup coarsely chopped cashew nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350°. Cook green beans in boiling salted water until just tender; drain. Melt butter in skillet over low heat. Add onion and brown lightly. Stir in flour, mustard, salt & pepper. Gradually add milk; Cook and stir until smooth and thickened, add cheese & stir until melted. Combine sauce and beans; pour into a greased 1½ qt. casserole. Sprinkle top with nuts. Bake about 20 min. until beans are tender.
