2 big bags spinach
1 pint sliced strawberries
½ cups pecans, chopped
2 T. butter
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
½ cup sugar
1 tsp. dried mustard
1 ½ tsp. onion, minced
1 cup vegetable oil
1 ½ T. poppy seeds

Directions:

Melt butter in pan & coat chopped pecans. Spread pecans on cookie sheet & toast until browned (375° for about 10 min.) Mix everything else (not berries) in a jar, seal tightly & shake. Refrigerate a couple of hours- shake well before use (make sure sugar is dissolved). Tossed with spinach and sliced strawberries
