4 slices bacon
¼ tsp. salt
8 oz. fresh mushrooms,
chopped (3 cups)
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 8oz pkg. cream cheese, cubed
1 med. onion, finely chopped
2 tsp. Worcestershire
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. soy sauce
2 T. flour
½ cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp; drain, reserving 2 T. drippings. Crumble bacon, set aside. Cook mushrooms, onions & garlic in reserved drippings till tender & most liquid has evaporated. Stir in flour, salt, & pepper. Add cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. Heat and stir until cheese is melted. Stir in sour cream & crumbled bacon. Heat through (do not boil)- Serve warm.
