15 oz. can of chick peas- washed and drained
½ cup tahini paste
¼ cup water
2 cloves garlic
¼ cup olive oil
4 T. freshly squeezed
1 tsp. paprika
lemon juice
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place the chick peas in food processor & puree to rough texture. Place tahini paste and water in medium bowl & mix with a fork until soft & smooth. Add tahini mixture & garlic to the chick peas & process until smooth. With the motor still running, add the olive oil & lemon juice in alternating streams until the mix is smooth & creamy. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper. Serve the hummus sprinkled with paprika.
