2 cups coarsely chopped seedless grapes ½ cup chopped green onions ½ cup diced fresh or canned Anaheim chilies 2 T. chopped fresh cilantro (or ¼ cup chopped fresh basil) 2 T. vinegar 1 garlic clove, minced ½ tsp. hot pepper sauce 1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce Tortilla chips
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except chips; mix well. Let stand at least 1 hour before serving. Drain off any excess liquid before serving. Serve with chips.
