¼ cup flour (or wonder flour; no lumps) ¼ cup ketchup 2 T. instant coffee kitchen boaquet or maggi (for color) salt and pepper some broth
Mix in a cup the ingredients. Use turkey drippings in pan turkey was roasted in. Stir in some broth, scrape bottom of pan and add some flour mixture (add more for thicker gravy). Optional: add finely chopped giblets. (Make broth with turkey giblets in separate pan.)
