1 small can of diced green chilies
1 small can of sliced black olives
1 bunch of green onions, diced
1 large tomato, chopped
salt to taste along with a little cumin, cayenne pepper, Lawry’s seasoning (pinch) and ground pepper. The exact amount of seasoning depends on your taste.

1 nice handful of fresh cilantro, chopped
˝ lb shredded Jack cheese (use the large grater holes)

Directions:

Mix together the first half of the ingredients. Refrigerate until about an hour before serving, and at that time add the second half of the ingredients. Toss well, and serve with Tortilla chips!
