1 No. 2½ can chunk pineapple 1/3 cup butter 1 No. 2½ can sliced peaches 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1 No. 2½ can quartered pears 1 No. 2½ can whole or halved apricots 2 tsp. curry powder 2 cups white chicken pieces
Drain fruit overnight. Arrange in baking dish with apricots on top. Melt butter, add brown sugar & curry powder. Mix well. Spoon over fruit & bake at 325° oven for 1 hr. Serve warm or cold.
